多维气相色谱法提高丙烯腈色谱分析速度的方法

采用多维气相色谱法,既可提高丙烯醛、丙酮、乙腈、丙烯腈相邻两组分的分离度,又可提高分析速度。按GDX-502与402的体积比为85∶15比例混装长4.5m、内径3mm的色谱柱;氢气作为载气,流速为65mL/min;柱箱初温140℃保持15min,以15℃/min的速率升至180℃保持12min。丙烯腈样品中7种组分即可全部出峰,总分析时间为30min,比原国标推荐的方法缩短了近50min。     

Impact Responses of Prismatic Lithium-Ion Battery Based on the Membrane Factor Method北大核心CSCD

Aimed at the internal short circuit problem due to large deformation of the prismatic lithium-ion battery cell under impact loadings, a simplified battery model was first established. Then the motion equations of velocity and displacement based on the membrane factor method were proposed. With the effects of the face-sheet thickness and the densification region on the normalized final deflection, impact response characteristics of prismatic battery cells were investigated in detail. The results show that, the improved motion equations involving the membrane factor can reflect the dynamic response mechanisms of the prismatic battery cell under impact loadings, and the large deflection under high-speed impact can be predicted. With the increase of the face-sheet thickness, the deflection of the battery cell’s lower part decreases obviously. However, the densification region expands with the face-sheet thickness. The deflection and the densification region of the cell’s lower part both increase with the inner core density of the battery. This proposed impact model provides a theoretical guidance for the multi-functional integrated dynamic design of prismatic battery cells. © 2022 Editorial Office of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics. 气候对安徽中药材产业经济影响分析——基于经济气候模型

通过考虑气候和经济社会因素,将气候因素与函数综合考虑并进行分析,构建“经济气候”模型,分析并得出气候因素对安徽省中药材产业影响程度,利用所构建BP神经网络模型,分析数据,对气象因素对中药材产业的影响结果进行预测。通过分析安徽省气候变化的特点与方向,确定气候因素对中药材产业的影响程度,为中药材产业发展提供一定的数据分析支撑,为有针对性的管理中药材产业提供方法与数据基础,同时对降低严重气象灾害对中药材生产带来的负面作用具有一定的理论与实践意义。     

中国数字经济发展水平:时空特征、动态演化及影响因素

基于构建的数字经济发展水平评价指标体系与2010~2018年全国30个省市(除西藏、港澳台)的面板数据,对中国数字经济发展水平的时空特征、动态演化与区域差异原因进行探究。研究发现:全国及三大区域的数字经济发展水平均呈现稳步上升态势,并伴有明显的空间相关性、空间集聚性和区域差异性,且东部相较于中西部区域内差异更大。数字经济发展速度动态演化显示,整体上中国各省市数字化发展水平变化速度状态表现为上升趋势,相较于中西部,东部拥有更大的速度变化状态。地区前期数字化基础、经济发展的一阶滞后、政府科技投入均会促进区域数字经济的发展,对外开放水平会抑制数字经济发展,地区规模对数字经济的影响表现为非线性。此外,不同线性影响因素在不同区域内对数字经济发展水平具有不同的影响力。     

A predictive model for impact response of viscoelastic polymers in drop tests

We show for the first time that a classical Hookean viscoelastic constitutive law for rubbery materials can predict the impact forces and deflections measured with a commercial drop tester when a mass, or tup with a flat impacting surface is dropped onto a flat pad of commercial impact-absorbing rubber. The viscoelastic properties of the rubber, namely the relaxation times and strengths, are obtained by a standard rheological linear-oscillatory test, and the equation of momentum transfer is then solved, using these measured parameters, assuming a uniaxial deflection of the pad during the impact. Good agreement between measured and predicted forces and deflections is obtained for a series of various drop heights, tup masses, impact areas, and pad thicknesses, as long as the deflection of the pad relative to its thickness is small or modest (<50% or so), and as long as the area of the pad is less than or equal to that of the tup. When the pad area is greater than the tup, forces are higher than predicted, unless an empirical factor is introduced to account for the nonuniaxial stretching of the ring of material that extends outside of the impact area. These results imply that the impact-absorbing properties of a rubbery polymeric material can be assessed by simply examining the material's linear viscoelastic spectrum.     

The theoretical basis of column chromatography in multicomponent separations. Part 2: Peak capacity. Column systems with good selectivity

The selectivity of a column system, S, defined by equation 28, includes a variation coefficient (β) of plate number with capacity ratio which has a large influence on the peak capacity, as shown in Fig. 18. Some typical chromatograms are given. In order to predict S for a column system from Kovat's Index, equations 40 and 41 are given to calculate the constant of the carbon number rule for squalane at different temperatures or for different stationary phases. The specific retention value of heptane on squalane at different temperatures can be calculated from equation 42. The nonpolarity index, defined by equation 43, was used to calculate the retention value of heptane on various stationary phases. In liquid chromatography, the order of elution may be reversed by changing the composition of the eluent on the same chemically bonded silica (manufactured in China). The linear relations between the log retention values of different kinds of solutes or of a single solute on the silicas of different surface areas when using the same eluent are given.     

N,N′-双-(2-羟基苯亚甲基)-烷基(芳基)甲二胺类化合物质谱研究

本文对双Schiff碱类化合物的质谱进行了研究,由于其结构的特殊性,质谱的裂解过程中出现一些特殊的碎片离子,它包括羟基氢的迁移、双键的转换以及分子结构重排等,为研究这类化合物的结构和性质提供了重要的信息。     

α－甲基苯乙烯对HIPS／SBS共混物流变行为及力学性能的影响

用锥板式流变仪研究了α－ＭＳ对ＨＩＰＳ／ＳＢＳ共混物流动行为的影响，结果表明：不同α－ＭＳ用量的共混物和如曲线相似．均随增加τ＿ｗ增大、η＿ａ下降。流动指数，ｎ均小于１为非牛顿假塑性流体。加入少量（约２．５％）α－ＭＳ使共混物熔融指数提高３倍，其总体力学性能变化不大。     

Densities,Ultrasonic Speeds,Viscosities and Refractive Indices of Binary Mixtures of Benzene with Benzyl Alcohol,Benzonitrile, Benzoyl Chloride and Chlorobenzene at 303.15 K

Densities,ρ, ultrasonic speeds, u, viscosities,η, and refractive indices, n, of pure benzene, benzyl alcohol (BA), benzonitrile (BN), benzoyl chloride (BC), chlorobenzene (CB) and their thirty six binary mixtures, with benzene as common component, were measured at 303.15 K over the entire mole fraction range. From these experimental data the values of deviations in ultrasonic speed, △u, isentropic compressibility, △k_s,excess acoustic impedance, Z^E, deviation in viscosity, Dh, and excess Gibbs free energy of activation of viscous flow, G^*E, and partial molar isentropic compressibility, Kφ,2⁰ of BA, BN, BC and CB in benzene were computed. The variation of these derived functions with composition of the mixtures suggested the increased cohesion (molecular order) in the solution and that interaction (A-B)＞(A-A) or (B-B).Moreover, theoretical prediction of ultrasonic speed, viscosity and refractive index of all the four binary mixtures was made on the basis of empirical and semi-empirical relations by using the experimental values of the pure components. Comparison of theoretical results with the experimental values was made in order to assess the suitability of these relations in reproducing the experimental values of u, η and n. Also, molecular radii of pure liquids and the average molecular radii of binary mixtures were evaluated using the corresponding refractive indices of pure liquids and binary mixtures. The average molecular radii of binary mixtures were found to be additive with respect to mole fraction of the pure component.     

The effect of capillary column diameter on the performance of thermal conductivity detectors

The concentration sensitivity of a thermal conductivity detector (TCD) depends, among other factors, on the amount of sample mixture in the detector's sensing cell. Since the cell volume has to be appropriately matched with column diameter, it makes the concentration sensitivity of a TCD dependent on column diameter and, therefore, on the speed of gas chromatography. Through reduction of column diameter, higher speed tends to lead to a reduction in the concentration sensitivity of the cell. The factor which the most directly affects the concentration sensitivity of a TCD cell is the heat power conducted through the cell. The higher the power, the greater the sensitivity. The limit of detection of a TCD depends on the concentration-sensitivity of its cell and on the level of statistical errors in the measurement. The errors increase with increasing analysis speed. As the column diameter is reduced, the errors cause additional worsening (on top of the decrease in concentration sensitivity) of the detection limit, dynamic range, and other performance characteristics of the TCD.
